Trepat, a rare and rustic indigenous varietal to Catalunya, grown organically and biodynamically in old mountain vineyards  by Joan Franquet at Costador. The vines are hand picked, wild fermented and aged in amphorae then bottled in the clay bottle you see before you. Ancient natural wine done naturally. Absolutely fabulous... and you'll want to hold on to that bottle when it's done.
